The baking of this authentic Jamaican sweet potato pudding is made simple by using Annilu Sweet Potato Pudding Mix.
Requires 1 cup of water, 1 cup of coconut milk 1 tsp vanilla, and an ounce of butter to a sachet of the pudding mix.
The package consists of 2 sachets. Yields 2 x 1lb sweet potato puddings.
The mix does not contain wheat flour.
